A Michelin awarded chef and 4x James Beard Semi Finalist, Niven Patel continues to hold a pursuit for knowledge as the driving force behind his career. While his restaurants serve a selection of cuisine from various regions, his inspiration is consistently focused on showcasing fresh, seasonal produce that is sourced locally. Working closely with farmers and purveyors, Chef Niven developed a deeper appreciation for the product coming into his restaurants. He cultivates greens, fruits and vegetables on his farm, Rancho Patel, which are used in all of his South Florida Restaurant Concepts: Ghee Indian Kitchen, Mamey, and Orno.
