It's a modest one about three feet into the Caribbean Sea and best attempted when the water below is calm; our lifeguards are on hand and happy to spot you if you're unsure, and there's no shame in taking the stairs down instead if jumping isn't for you today. Either way, in you go. Follow it with time in the sea pool, a natural pool set right at the ocean's edge, for calmer swimming with the same open-water view.
