We've just returned from Virtuoso Travel Week 2026 in Las Vegas, and I'm still catching my breath in the best way. Over the course of the week, our team sat down for more than 120 one-on-one appointments with some of the most influential luxury travel advisors in the world. Every single one of those conversations was a chance to share what's new at The Cliff, and I have to say: this was the most energizing Travel Week we've had yet.
A Record-Setting Week for The Cliff Hotel Negril
Virtuoso Travel Week 2026 is the single most important week on our calendar. It's where relationships with the advisors who send us our most discerning guests are built, deepened, and renewed. This year's turnout of luxury advisors was the strongest we've seen, and the appetite for boutique, design-forward properties in Jamaica was unmistakable. Negril, and The Cliff specifically, is clearly having a moment — and I want our Virtuoso partners to be the first to know why.
Introducing the Lady Gray Yacht Experience
The headline of nearly every conversation I had in Vegas was our new Lady Gray yacht experience. Lady Gray gives our guests a way to see Negril's famous sunsets from the water — champagne in hand, cliffs at their back. For advisors building custom-designed itineraries for honeymooners, milestone celebrations, weddings or couples, this is exactly the kind of "you can't book this anywhere else" moment that creates life long memories .
A $20 Million Transformation, Down to the Last Detail
We also used Travel Week to properly unveil the full scope of our $20 million property-wide renovation. This wasn't a surface refresh — we rebuilt The Cliff experience from the ground up, suite by suite. Every newly renovated One-Bedroom Suite now features Toto Neorest intelligent toilets, in-suite steam closets, and private plunge pools, alongside the hot tubs already found throughout our villas. It's the kind of detail-obsessed luxury that our most well-traveled guests notice immediately — and the kind of detail I make a point of walking every advisor through, because it's proof of how seriously we take the guest experience at every touchpoint, not just the photogenic ones.
Save the Date: Jamaica Jerk Championship, December 2026
I also spent a good portion of Travel Week talking up an event close to my heart: the Jamaica Jerk Championship December 4–6, 2026. It's one of the most vibrant celebrations of Jamaican culture and cuisine anywhere on the island, hosted right on our clifftop grounds, and it's become a signature moment for guests who want their luxury travel to come with real cultural texture. Tickets are already on sale, and I'd encourage any advisor with clients traveling to Jamaica this December to consider building an itinerary around it. TICKETS HERE
Let's Keep the Conversation Going
Virtuoso Travel Week reminded me, once again, why our advisor partnerships matter so much to us. Whether we met at our table in Vegas or you're reading this after the fact, my door and our clifftop is always open. If you have a client in mind for the Lady Gray experience, want a firsthand look at the renovated suites, or are planning a group around thisDecember's Jerk Championship, reach out to our team directly. I'd love to help you build something unforgettable.
